English: Spelling quiz on Tuesday. All students should tsunamienglish.blogspot.com. Once there you will see three links, one for each list, use the "speller" feature as a study tool.

Social Studies: Homework is to finish the entire essay outline packet for Monday (blue packet).  Refer to the purple sheet for instructions.

Math Periods 1 & 7:  Practice A #'s 4-12.

Math Periods 2 & 5:  Worksheet 5-5, 5-6 and Test Tuesday.

Math Period 6:  Systems review #'s 8, 10, 12, and 14. Test either next Monday or Tuesday so be prepared for either day.

English= Personality trait graphic organizer due from each group tomorrow and begin working on your fishbowl questions that were handed out at end of class and are due this Friday. 

Also, Mr. Stowell's Blog is updated with Quizlet and student should be using this resource as a study tool for next Mondays vocabulary quiz.

Social Studies- We will be outside during social studies class for the next two days on the ropes course.  Students need to wear warm clothing to school both days.

English- We will have another vocabulary quiz next Monday with Latin roots, vocabulary definitions and spelling. 

Homework for the weekend starting with November 8th, 2013

English: Login to PowerSchool then fill out form that is both on this blog (two days ago), and on Mr. Stowell's Blog. Second item do not forget that your scene paragraph is due in final draft form on Tuesday. (Ink or typed).


Science: Your homework is to appreciate your parents/guardians this weekend.


Social Studies:  Use the comments students made on your rough draft to create a final draft of the Boston Massacre paragraph due Tuesday. Either typed or written in pen.

English: After all students check PowerSchool, they have until tonight to log in to Mr. Stowell's blog to fill out their survey that relates to PowerSchool. Remember that you have had many days to do this and that Mr. Stowell is extending this offering so that everyone starts Quarter 2 on a positive note with an easy homework grade. For those groups that are not done filming their movie trailers, this Monday plan on using lunch, team time and or study hall to ensure that you complete this project.

Social Studies:  None.
