Social Studies: Use the comments students made on your rough draft to create a final draft of the Boston Massacre paragraph due Tuesday. Either typed or written in pen.

English: After all students check PowerSchool, they have until tonight to log in to Mr. Stowell's blog to fill out their survey that relates to PowerSchool. Remember that you have had many days to do this and that Mr. Stowell is extending this offering so that everyone starts Quarter 2 on a positive note with an easy homework grade. For those groups that are not done filming their movie trailers, this Monday plan on using lunch, team time and or study hall to ensure that you complete this project.

English: All students should again check out Mr. Stowell's blog and watch the video clips and examples of movie trailers. Also all students should bring in their costumes for their specific juror number this Weds to class as we will be filming. This does not mean that you have to go out and buy a costume, use what you might have at home. Shirt and tie can provide a majority of the costumes, be creative, but you do not have to spend money to accomplish this. Tomorrow we will finish the story boards in class so make sure you arrive on time and get right to work with your group because filming will happen this week.

Science: There are still several students who have not turned in their lab reports. Tomorrow is the last day or they will be a zero on the report card. Everyone else may resubmit their graded labs for up to an 80%.

Social Studies: Homework: Underline one sentence in each paragraph of the reading that is the "main idea" of that paragraph. After underlining one sentence, combine those underlined sentences into one summary paragraph. Do not simply write the underlined sentences word-for-word. Change the sentences so they fit together, and make sure they accurately summarize the entire article. Summary paragraphs are due tomorrow.
Science: 2 Worksheets, both sides please. Air-pressure-10-14, Energy in Atmosphere-36-39, Heat Transfer-42-45, and Air Mass and Fronts-72-79.
