Taunting, stereotyping, promoting rumors, engaging in
ridicule, and other negative behaviors are harmful and wrong and can lead to
more damaging kinds of activities. I reject all such behaviors.
I will accept and appreciate the diversity around me.
I will appreciate and be respectful of the facility and its
staff.
I understand that being a bystander when hateful or
dangerous things occur means I am part of the problem. I will, instead, do what
I can to be part of the solution.
I understand the power I have as an individual to affect
positive change, and that using that power puts me in the company of history’s
